Whether you’re exploring full-time roles, consulting opportunities, or subcontracting with us, this resource is here to guide you every step of the way.
How do I apply for a position?
There are a few exciting ways to work with us, depending on what fits your goals best. You can apply for our full-time opportunities, where you’ll become an integral part of our team and help drive long-term impact. If you’re interested in more flexibility, you can join us through consulting projects, partnering with us on meaningful initiatives that make a difference for our clients. We also collaborate with talented professionals through subcontracting, giving you the chance to contribute your expertise on a project-by-project basis.
However you choose to connect with us, the first step is simple: explore our open roles and opportunities on our Careers page, select the option that aligns with your interests, and submit your application. We’re excited about the future and look forward to discovering how your unique skills can help shape it with us.
Can I apply for multiple roles?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to apply for any roles that align with your skills, experiences, and career goals. We know that talent often spans across different areas, and exploring multiple opportunities is a great way to find the best fit for your future. Our hiring team will carefully review each application to understand where your strengths can make the greatest impact.
What if I need an accommodation?
We are committed to providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process. If you require a reasonable accommodation at any stage of the application or interview process, please email Careers@cpshr.us. We’ll work with you to ensure you have the support you need.

If you experience technical issues, you can find additional support here.
Which file types can I upload for my résumé?
Our applicant portal accepts the most common file types, including .doc, .docx, and .pdf. We recommend uploading your résumé as a PDF to ensure formatting stays consistent across all devices.
How can I check on my application status?
After you submit your application, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email to the address you used during the application process. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. You can also log back into the applicant portal at any time to confirm your submission status. How long does the hiring process usually take?
Timelines may vary depending on the type of role and the number of applicants, but we aim to keep the process clear and timely. Most candidates can expect to hear from us within 2–4 weeks of applying. On average, the typical time to hire for a full-time position is about 45 days, as these roles often include multiple interview stages and careful selection to ensure the best long-term fit. For intermittent positions, the process is usually quicker—typically taking less than 30 days. For subcontracting opportunities, the timeline can vary based on project needs, but we strive to move efficiently so we can quickly connect the right expertise with the right project. Above all, we value your time and are committed to keeping you informed with updates as you move through the process.
Will I get feedback if I am not selected?
While we may not be able to provide individual feedback for every applicant, you will be notified once a decision has been made about your candidacy. If you advance to later stages of the process, we’ll make every effort to share constructive feedback whenever possible.
